During his extensive travels across Europe, Cecen keenly observed the challenges people face in fulfilling their everyday needs efficiently. He recognized that modern urban life often involves time-consuming processes when accessing essential services and products. Motivated to solve this issue, he conceptualized and began developing NearBy, a mobile application designed to help users find and access nearby services and products in a faster, more convenient, and reliable way.
One of the key inspirations behind the NearBy project came from his visits to Estonia, a country renowned for its strong support of entrepreneurship and digital innovation. The nation’s forward-thinking business environment and emphasis on technology-driven solutions reinforced his belief that NearBy could thrive in such an ecosystem. Estonia’s startup-friendly policies and digital infrastructure provided the perfect foundation for launching and scaling the project.
Cecen sees entrepreneurship not just as a business venture but as a means to drive innovation and create real value for society. Guided by the principles of entrepreneurship and sustainability, he is committed to delivering a seamless and efficient user experience through NearBy while continuously exploring new opportunities in the business world. With a vision that embraces technology as a tool to simplify and enhance everyday life, he aims to develop next-generation business models that contribute to a more connected and efficient future.
